While most people only look at it from the technical perspective and how to make it ideal from that view, they most often forget to include any semblance of social perspective.
Through this 4-hour masterclass, you will focus exactly on the social engineering perspective, rather than a technical one. We will be covering the human part of the equation, the way our customers see and interact with our customer journey path. The masterclass will be held in a smaller group so that each team can receive necessary feedback and inputs on how to make their journey better. He has helped build an innovation strategy firm in San Francisco with clients like Intel, Aetna, Carhartt, Cardtronics, and eBay. There he tackled a variety of innovation challenges from highly strategic to tactical.
