I love working form IH because other people look like working and then I have to work too, and if I stay at home and sit at the laptop, I will not shower, get fresh nor eat till 5 pm. At IH I am sitting in the same space with offline people, with whom I can chat offline and drink coffee offline as well and by doing so I have found one business partner. 1. What are the opening hours of Impact Hub?

We are opened for our members from Monday-Friday from 08:00 AM till midnight, and sometimes even on the weekends if needed 🙂 The space is always hosted by someone from our team in order to always provide optimal conditions for the work of our members.

2. How is the time spent in the co-working space tracked?

Since we always want to provide a realistic and precise insight in working dynamics of our members, we have two independent systems for tracking minutes spent in our space. One is based on personalized ID cards that are been used for entering and exiting the space, and the other one is through user profile on our member platform for internet access. Based on these two systems, we track time spent in our space on a daily, weekly and monthly level.

3. Can I use the conference room and how do I make a reservation?

Depending on the co-working program you choose, there is a certain number of conference room hours included on a monthly basis that you can use without any additional fee. Within those hours you can book conference rooms up till 7 days ahead and use them daily for 3 hours max. Booking is made through online platform, which also comes in a form of mobile app.

4. Do I have a parking space and what are my commuting options?

Since our space is in the very center (3 min walk from Republic Square), you have plenty different options and possibilities for coming to our space, starting from bus, trolleybus, taxi, to running and biking. We don’t have our own parking space, but there are 2 parking services close to us, as well as one private parking space with the possibilities of daily and monthly tickets. We strongly believe in sustainable development and a lot of our members are biking or running to the Hub, so in order to support this type of travelling we have a bicycle parking, as well as the shower 🙂

5. What is the basic contract period for membership?

All of our memberships have minimum cotract period of 3 months, with the advanced payment for Connect membership (3 months x 15€+VAT) and they provide flexible use of additionally chosen co-working monthly services (40 hours, 100 hours or unlimited). Connect membership is mandatory for users of business support programs.

6. What is the maximum membership period at Impact Hub?

Membership contract is made for an unspecified period of time, with the minimum period of 3 months and minimum 30-day cancellation period.

7. What is the membership price and what are my paying options?

All of our prices are in euros and exclusive of VAT, which is 20%. The price is calculated in dinars upon the middle exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia on the issuing day of the offer. Payments are made through a bank account and it can be made both as a legal entity or individual.
