CELEBRATING 
10 YEARS 
OF IMPACT

The “She Knows” project aims to enhance the economic inclusion of women in Serbia by increasing their potential for employment, encouraging opportunities for self-employment and entrepreneurship, and establishing policies and practices aimed at reducing barriers to women’s participation in the economy and gender biases in the workplace.

The primary focus of activities and initiatives is on women from rural areas who are not employed, not engaged in education, nor enrolled in training (NEET – not in education, not in employment, not in training).

Impact Hub is supporting Grupa Izadji, a Serbian organization awarded a 3-year grant to advance diversity, equity, and inclusion in Serbia’s workplaces and business communities by promoting economic empowerment of and opportunity for LGBTQI+ people in Serbia.

Grupa Izadji fosters an environment that increases employment potential for LGBTQI+ persons, expands opportunities for LGBTQI+ entrepreneurs, and reduces workplace discrimination.

"Working Together" is a three-year project to promote diversity, equal opportunities for everything, and inclusion in workplaces and the business community in Serbia. Demonstrating that the inclusion of all individuals, including members of the LGBTQI+ population, has positive effects on the economy, as well as by educating and engaging citizens to understand better the importance and values ​​of diversity standards, equal opportunities, and inclusion for members of the LGBTQI+ population in the economic sector, this project will improve the chances of disadvantaged communities and thereby enhance equal progress in society and contribute to the general goal of USAID for a more prosperous and democratic Serbia dedicated to the European Union integrations and reliance on own resources.

This platform empowers entrepreneurs and businesses across the region by fostering connections and providing tools for scaling globally. By offering resources, networking opportunities, and financial solutions, it bridges the gap for startups and SMEs aiming to expand into international markets.

A dynamic showcase of innovative startups from the Western Balkans, this event connects entrepreneurs with investors, mentors, and potential partners. It highlights the region's talent and innovation, encouraging collaboration and driving growth within the startup ecosystem.

AI Salon is a global community for exploring the latest trends and breakthroughs in artificial intelligence. Bringing together AI founders and builders, investors, and partners, it sparks conversations on the future of AI, its applications, and ethical considerations, while inspiring collaborative solutions to real-world challenges.
