Payment Methods
Payment for services to Impact Hub d.o.o. can be made via credit or debit card (MasterCard, Visa, Dina, Maestro) using a payment link sent to you via email or SMS by a responsible person from the company after reaching an agreement and selecting a service package. Upon payment, you will receive confirmation of the paid service as well as an invoice detailing the service.
You can also make payments via bank transfer at a post office or another payment institution.
Payment Method: PAYMENT LINK
"Pay by Link" or "payment via link" is a payment process where the merchant generates a link that directs the customer to a page where they can view relevant details and securely make a payment using their card. The merchant conducts sales with remote consumers via phone or other common communication channels and sends the payment information via SMS or email containing the link for online payment.Purchases using the Pay by Link service can be made with VISA, DINA, MasterCard, and Maestro payment cards.
Complaint Policy
Right to File a Complaint
Service users have the right to file a complaint in the event of dissatisfaction with the services or products provided, in accordance with the applicable laws of the Republic of Serbia, including the Consumer Protection Law.
How to File a Complaint
- Electronically: By sending an email to our official email address at belgrade@impacthub.net.
- In Person: By completing a complaint form or submitting a written statement at our address.
The complaint should include the user’s details (name, surname, contact information), a description of the service related to the complaint, and the reasons for filing the complaint.
Response Deadline
Upon receiving the complaint, we are obligated to confirm its receipt and provide a written or electronic decision on the acceptance or rejection of the complaint within 8 days from the date of receipt. If the complaint is accepted, the user will be informed about the resolution method and timeframe.
Complaint Resolution Methods
Depending on the nature of the complaint, the user may be offered:
- Service Correction: Addressing shortcomings or incomplete work if there is a defect or error in the provided service.
- Replacement of Service/Product: If possible, the user may be offered an appropriate replacement or another suitable service.
- Refund: In cases where correction or replacement is not feasible or adequate for the nature of the complaint, the user may be granted a partial or full refund.
Resolution Deadline
Depending on the complexity of the complaint and the necessary procedures, the complaint will be resolved no later than the legally prescribed period, or sooner if possible.
Exclusions
A complaint will not be considered if:
- There is no proof of payment or transaction.
- The user has not provided sufficient information to identify the service (e.g., missing date, order number, invoice, contract, etc.).
- The complaint relates to services or products that were not covered by the agreed-upon obligations.
Refunds
In the case of refunding funds to a customer who previously paid with one of the payment cards, in part or in full, and regardless of the reason for the return, Impact Hub doo Beograd is obliged to make the refund exclusively via VISA, EC/MC, Maestro and Dinacard payment method, which means that the bank will refund the funds to the payment card user’s account at the seller’s request.
Conversion Rate
All payments will be effected in Serbian currency – dinar (RSD). The amount your credit card account will be charged for is obtained through the conversion of the price in shown currency into Serbian dinar according to the current exchange rate of the Serbian National Bank. When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations/your issuing bank. As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated in our web site and your credit card bank statement. Thank you for your understanding.
