Our regular price is 30€/hour, VAT included – however, if you already have our Virtual Office plan, you should inquire for a special discount to these regular rates. Pending your needs, our discounts range from 10%-30% for all our members.
Once you have purchased hour Virtual Office plan online, you must provide “proof of ID”. We check all mail regularly and will notify you within 24h of receiving any mail. Should you request the forward via the regular postal service, this will be additionally charged. We commit to deliver to the post no later than 3 days of your notified instructions.
We are open daily, Monday through Friday from 9am to 9pm and you can notify our host that you are coming to collect your mail at any time within the working hours.
Yes – you will be charged for any post office charges as per their price plane, but we do not charge our service to take your mail to the post office and send it to the address you choose.
Yes, Serbian law allows businesses to use a business address vs. a registered office address, or both business and registered office address as one.
